Last night here in Switzerland and had a great time! Heidi and Martin made us a beautiful dinner. The raclette is basically a two-tired grill. Everyone has a personal frying pan, and you put a thick slice of cheese on it. We put the mini-frying pan on the bottom part of the grill to allow it to melt. On the top half is a little grill. We had little sausages and fruit to grill at the top - delicious. Once the cheese melts, we poured it over baked potatoes...so so yummy!

After dinner, we said goodbye, and headed down to the Piano Bar in town. The bar is from the 1400's and is all the original wood and framework...quite a sight. Had drinks there to say "prost" (cheers!) to a great time in Switzerland.

PROST to our last night!
Once back at the hotel, we had a great surprise to see fireworks over the mountains. Not sure what they are for - but we claim they are to celebrate 4th of July back in the States! So sad to miss the 4th...but fireworks over the mountains was a nice treat! ;)

Checking out at 6am tomorrow to head to Reggio Emilia. Should only take 4 hours - but we're
taking the scenic route! Have to be there for class by 4pm - so hopefully we don't get lost! From what we hear, Italian drivers are crazy and go super fast - eeeek!
Ciao, ciao for now! (haha!)
